Sunday Service @ 10:00am

Every Sunday we meet from 10:00 am to praise God in song, hear from his word, pray, and share communion (first & third Sunday each month).  Everyone is welcome! Our morning service is followed by morning tea in the hall.

The 57th Tahmoor Company of Boys' Brigade Australia currently meets at Tahmoor Baptist Church and provides fun challenge and adventure for all school-aged boys. It trains and empowers young people for effective leadership in order to have a positive impact in their community.

Girls' Brigade

The Tahmoor Company of Girls' Brigade Australia currently meets at Tahmoor Baptist Church. GB has a long and honourable history in Australia as a vibrant community that provides activities for all school-aged girls.
Its achievement-based, relationship-building programme has been developed especially for girls, incorporating physical, social, educational and spiritual aspects.

TUESDAYS

LADIES' FELLOWSHIP

  • Tuesdays 1:00 pm  (fortnightly - except for school holidays)
  • In the Church Hall (the building next to the car park)

Our women love this Tuesday group. It gives them regular opportunities for Bible study, prayer, afternoon tea and fellowship. The group also sponsors missions, prison ministry, Bibles and other needs as they arise, but please don't feel obliged to participate in these projects. Come along and bring your Bible! All ages welcome.


WEDNESDAYS & THURSDAYS

WEEKLY BIBLE STUDY FOR EVERYONE

  • Wednesdays @ 6:30 pm and Thursday @ 1:00 pm
  • Wednesday we meet in the Church Hall (the building next to the car park), and Thursdays in someone's home (contact us if you would like to attend)

Our Bible studies meet to go deeper into God's word. The studies typically follows the Sunday sermon series. Join us as we open up God's Word together. Everyone is welcome - whatever stage in your Christian walk.


THURSDAYS

FRIENDSHIP GROUP

  •  First Thursday of each month for social outings

This group offers friendship to people of all ages and from all backgrounds. We typically meet at Mittagong Bowling - some come for the bowling, some come to chat, some use the rails to bowl, and sometimes we go for lunch after.  Everyone in the community is welcome!


FRIDAYS

PRAYER GROUP

  • Fridays 9.30 - 10:30 am (weekly, including school holidays)
  • In the Hall
  • This is a time for church family to pray for one another, the community, and the world.

MEN'S BREAKFAST

  • 8:00 am start on 2nd Saturday of each month
  • What to expect: breakfast, friendship and informal discussions after a short devotion
