Our GEL Group (Grow-Encourage-Learn) is an Adult Bible Study covering various topics. Each week we look forward to fresh insights from God's Word and to enjoying the social side of our time together (prayer, a cuppa, and meaningful chats). Everyone is welcome, and your input is warmly encouraged.
Men's Group
After a break during COVID, we hope to relaunch our Mens Ministry this Spring - stay tuned!
In the Church Hall (the building next to the car park)
What do men do when they get together? They talk about secret men's business. Discussions develop around work and life and (of course) different topics in the Bible. The focus of this group is building relationships among men that encourage godliness and spiritual growth. That of course involves BBQs and coffee.
Women's Group
Tuesdays 1.00 pm (fortnightly) except for school/public holidays
In the Church Hall (the building next to the car park)

Our women love this Tuesday group. It gives them regular opportunities for Bible study, prayer, afternoon tea and fellowship. The group also sponsors missions, prison ministry, Bibles, children, and other needs as they arise, but please don't feel obliged to participate in these projects. Come along and bring your Bible! All ages welcome.
Friendship Group
Thursdays 10.30 am (fortnightly) except for school/public holidays
In the Church Hall (the building next to the car park) or out and about!

This group offers friendship to people of all ages and from all backgrounds. Everyone in the community is welcome! We start with morning tea at 10.30 am before enjoying various activities: games, videos, guest speakers and outings. We also have lunch together, so everyone brings a plate of food to share. But if you are coming for the first time, please don't worry about food - you will be our guest.
Prayer Group
Fridays from 9.30 am (weekly)
We meet in the church building, and this is a time for those who call Tahmoor Baptist Church their home to pray for the church, one another, the community, and the world.
